Mike Busch

Born, raised, and educated, in San Jose CA, Mike spent several years in the semiconductor industry as a sales executive traveling all over the US, Hong Kong, and Japan. While a great experience, he was really an entrepreneur at heart and left the semiconductor industry in 2004 for a career in real estate. Founding Excellence Property Management in 2012, Mike's vision of a company that "Answers Their Phones", while simple in theory, has shown up in their Google reviews and continued loyalty by its owners. Mike's "Life is Good" mentality is infectious, his communication skills are compelling, and he enjoys his business as much as he enjoys working with people.
